To demonstrate our commitment to your puppy’s well-being, we provide a two-year health guarantee against life-threatening congenital or hereditary conditions.

Coverage Details

This guarantee ensures that if your puppy is diagnosed with a hereditary or congenital disorder that significantly impacts their quality of life within 24 months after Transfer of Ownership, we will provide one of the following remedies at our discretion:
– A replacement puppy of equal value from a future litter
– A full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping)
– Financial assistance toward veterinary treatment (up to the original purchase price)

Requirements for Eligibility

To uphold this guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
1. Veterinary Examination ,  Your puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival, and any concerns must be reported immediately.
2. Proper Care & Records ,  You must provide proof of regular veterinary care, including vaccinations, deworming, and annual check-ups.
3. No Neglect or Injury ,  The guarantee does not cover conditions resulting from accidents, neglect, improper diet, or unauthorized breeding

4. Genetic Testing ,  If a hereditary condition is suspected, a veterinary specialist’s diagnosis and genetic testing (if applicable) may be required.

Exclusions

This guarantee does not cover:
– Minor or treatable conditions (e.g., allergies, ear infections)
– Common ailments like parasites or kennel cough
– Issues arising after the puppy is bred or used for sporting/field trials without prior discussion
